Mark Palim, Director of Economics for Fannie Mae, Joins Bruce Norris on the Real Estate Radio Show #292

Bruce Norris is joined this week by Mark Palim. Mark is a director in the economic and strategic research group at Fannie Mae. His work focuses on the impacts of trends in the financial services sector on the economy and on Fannie Mae. Dr. Palim has a Ph.D. in economics from George Mason University and a B.A. in international studies from John Hopkins University. He lives in Bethesda, Maryland and will join the panel at I Survived Real Estate. Bruce describes Mark as being in the What’s Next? Business. He has to look in the future and tell people what is likely going to happen next.
Bruce and Mark discuss the current status of the ten-year Treasury bill, the dislocation created in our economy, the impending fiscal cliff, the real estate market in the last five years, the signs of stability and what is causing them, shadow inventory, the current economic outlook, and much more on this week's real estate radio show and podcast.

In other news, the fifth annual I Survived Real Estate will be meeting on October 19 this year.  The Norris Group would like to thank their gold and platinum sponsors for helping to make this event possible.  Mark Palim will be joining the panel at I Survived Real Estate 2012.
