I Survived Real Estate 2012 Part 1 #301

On October 19, 2012, The Norris Group proudly presented I Survived Real Estate 2012.  An expert line-up of industry experts joined Bruce Norris to discuss perplexing industry trends, head-scratching legislation, and the outlook for real estate in the coming year.  Over $77,000 was raised to benefit Make a Wish and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Sarah Pizzaruso from Make a Wish spoke about five-year old McClain who had his wish granted to play football with a professional team and how this affected so many others, including his family and those at the stadium.  Lainie Strouse from St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital also spoke about the child Braden who they have helped as well as the the many progressions they are making in the medical field and in cancer research.  Bruce Norris spoke on a recent article he read on the housing forecast and where he stands on it, the Norris Group's business model of turning run-down homes into brand new ones, recent charts showing a progression in delinquencies, the debt we owe today, and much more on this week's real estate radio show and podcast.
