Bruce speaks with Craig about the hard money loan business, how they met, how they work together, and what Craig bring to the table as a money partner.

Craig Hill has over 20 years experience in the mortgage Business. Craig met Bruce Norris in 1990 and started funding his purchases, along with other investor purchases. Craig and his loan administrator of 20 years, Robyn Alhadeff, joined The Norris Group in 1996. Together they started the Loan Business for the Norris Group where the have funded over $150 million for wholesale deals.

Craig is best known for his no-nonsense approach to the business and has no problem telling investors they don't have a deal. Craig has saved many junior investors from making marginal buys.
