01-TNG Radio - Bruce Norris 2-3-07

This is where it all begins. In January of 2006, Bruce Norris wrote the California Crash report predicting the market correction in California real estate through 2010. The extensive report (over 400 pages) predicted California would see foreclosures increase by 3,000%, prices could see a 30% decline state wide, and that Califoria would see builders and lenders go out of business.

Bruce debates and speaks regularly throughout California to Realtors, builders, and investors. The radio was created to add to the growing list of Norris Group resources to provide real estate professionals the no-hype news and information they needed to make wise business decisions.

Bruce kicks off the program telling the audience what to expect in the current market, why he thinks the market is in for such trouble, and how the radio show will address issues faced by California real estate investors.

Bruce Norris is an active investor, hard money lender, and real estate educator extraordinaire with over 25 years experience. Bruce has been involved in over 2,000 real estate transactions as a buyer, seller and money partner. Renowned for his ability to forecast real estate market trends and timing, the release of The California Comeback in 1997 gained him much notoriety and its accuracy of the extensive report led many California investors to financial freedom. His latest release, The California Crash is an in-depth look into the coming California market correction and the statistics behind Bruce's predictions.

Bruce speaks often at investment clubs throughout Southern and Northern California and has also been a guest speaker at the Learning Annex, Real Wealth Expo, Foreclosures.com and several other national investment clubs and investor events. He has contributed articles to many real estate magazines and newsletters including Creative Real Estate Magazine, AOA Magazine, and the Daily Commerce. Bruce is currently on the Board of Advisors at Chapman University’s Roger C. Hobbs Institute for Real Estate, Law and Environmental Studies.
