Joining John was Doug Duncan. Doug is Fannie Mae’s Vice President and Chief Economist. He is responsible for managing Fannie Mae’s strategy division in economics and mortgage market analysis groups. Prior to joining Fannie Mae, Duncan was Senior Vice President and Chief Economist at the Mortgage Bankers Association.
