Bruce Norris is joined this week by Jack Shae. Jack moved to Florida in 1978 and began investing in real estate. He is a licensed realtor and mortgage broker. He has done syndications in mobile home park development. He has also bought and sold mortgages on real and personal property. Jack has concentrated on buying options on real estate. He has been an investor on single-family and mobile homes. He operates a 1031 exchange facilitator business in Florida. He has taught classes to investors nationwide on lease-purchase contracts, note-buying, land trust exchanges, and IRA investing.
