Bruce Norris is joined this week by David Greenberger. David has been a real estate attorney for over 25 years helping clients with thousands of transactions to buy, sell, refinance, and manage real estate. He owns an escrow firm and is president of the 1031 Exchange Advantage, Inc., a 1031 exchange accommodator. They facilitate tax-free exchanges under the IRS section 1031 code. He is familiar with many of the management, tax accounting, and transactional issues surrounding residential and investment real estate. Some of his clients include Prudential California, the larger broker in the United States, and Prudential Douglas Element in New York. David’s articles have appeared in the New York Real Estate Journal and Creative Real Estate Magazine. He has appeared on the cable television show Creative Real Estate Roundtable.
