An expert line-up of industry experts joined Bruce Norris to discuss perplexing
industry trends, head-scratching legislation, and the outlook for real estate
in the coming year. Over $77,000 was
raised to benefit Make a Wish and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Bruce Norris continues his discussion with Mark Palim and Eric Janszen on where we are in the housing market, interest rates, that positives that got us off the bottom of the market, the driving forces behind the improvement in the market, what new policies could be implemented, the significance of QE3, the importance of housing to an economic recovery, and more.
