Bruce Norris continues his discussion with Mark Palim and Eric Janszen on where we are in the housing market, interest rates, that positives that got us off the bottom of the market, the driving forces behind the improvement in the market, what new policies could be implemented, the significance of QE3, the importance of housing to an economic recovery, and more. Bruce also introduced Sara Stephens from the Appraisal Institute, Gary Thomas from the National Association of Realtors, and E.J. Burke from Key Bank Real estate Capital.
