Gary Watts Joins Bruce Norris on the Real Estate Radio Show #385

Bruce Norris is joined again this week by Gary Watts. Gary is the broker and owner of Impact Real Estate. This is a private real estate company that provides consulting services to not only buyers, sellers, and investors, but also to companies affiliated with the real estate industry in California. Gary is a well-known real estate economist who began his career in 1971. Today, he and his company are called upon to advise the home industry of economic trends that will affect and effect their future impact on real estate. He also manages investment properties that they acquire for their investors. Bruce Norris is joined this week by Sean O’Toole. Sean is the founder and CEO of PropertyRadar, and he was the founder of ForeclosureRadar. Their website literally changed the foreclosure industry and made it much easier for people to compete against very large companies. He started buying and selling his own properties, dealing with 150 residential commercial foreclosures, and he used 15 years of software industry experience to make the job a lot easier. Harry Dent Joins Bruce Norris on the Real Estate Radio Show #342

Bruce Norris is joined once again this week by Harry Dent. Harry is a New York Times best-selling author known for his ability to look at past cycles and demographics, to reject what is next for the economy, and where to most wisely invest. One of his most famous calls was writing a book back in 1992 entitled The Great Boom Ahead. When most of the authors were writing about a repeat of a Great Depression, in 2008 Harry also wrote a book projecting a Great Depression. His most recent work is The Great Crash Ahead, subtitled “For a World Turned Upside Down."
