Aaron Norris fills in this week for Bruce Norris, who is in Washington D.C. talking with government officials about what today’s radio show is about: financing. He is joined today by Susanne Dawn Livingston, who is the Executive Vice President of sales and marketing of Residential Wholesale Mortgage, Inc. RWMI is a privately held company that was founded by her husband Brad in 1994. It was recognized by the San Diego Union Tribune as a top workplace in 2015 and also named one of the top privately-held mortgage companies in San Diego by the San Diego Business Journal. She currently serves on the board of the California Mortgage Bankers Association, and she has been in the industry since 1986 when interest rates popped out a beautiful 11 ¾%.

Bruce Norris is joined this week by Tom Salomone. Tom is a realtor from Coral Springs, Florida and is the 2016 president of the National Assocation of Realtors. NAR, the voice of real estate, is America’s largest trade association representing over 1 million realtors involved in all aspects of the residential and commercial real estate industries. Tom has been licensed in real estate for more than 40 years. He is the second generation realtor as well as a broker/owner of Real Estate Two Inc., a firm specializing in residential real estate. Over the years Tom has been named realtor of the year multiple times and served the industry in many capacities over his 40-year career. Tom is experienced in both business and sports in order to serve his community through a number of different organizations, including the Boys and Girls Clubs of America. He has been a member of the Chamber of Commerce, a Coral Springs charter school business sponsor. As a water control district supervisor he has coached over 46 sports teams in local city leagues and been a member of the Amateur Athletic Union in the United States Specialty Sports Association. He volunteers with organizations to prevent heart disease and cancer. He attends the St. Andrews Church and is a proud father of two sons, TJ and Bryce and husband to his lovely wife Diana.

E.J. Burke, Vice Chairman of the Mortgage Bankers Association, Joins Bruce Norris on the Real Estate Radio Show #298

Bruce Norris is joined this week by E.J. Burke. E.J. is vice-chairman of the Mortgage Bankers Association as well as the executive vice president and group head of Key Bank Real Estate Capital and Corporate Banking Services. This is a division of Key Bank NA. Burke is one of five group heads in Key Corporate Banking Division with responsibilities for Key Bank’s real estate capital, Key’s treasury management services, international and foreign exchange services, custody services, and the financial institution’s client segment.
