Aaron Norris is joined this week by Rob Hahn, the founder and managing partner of 7DS Associates. They are a strategy consulting firm specializing in creative solutions rooted in strategic analysis and data. He has one of the most varied backgrounds you could possibly imagine, from finance corporate law technology to product development, media and entertainment, startups, fashion, and even a professional card player. He said the game was called Magic for Gathering, which is like poker for nerds and was introduced back in 1993. You may be familiar with Rob’s work as he writes on the well-known blog The Notorious R.O.B, where he talks about real estate technology, marketing, and strategy. Realtor Andrea Jennings Joins Aaron and Bruce Norris on the Norris Group Real Estate Radio Show #540

Aaron Norris is joined again this week by his own father, Bruce Norris, and Andrea Jennings. They are covering Buying Strategy: First Day MLS Buying. They are re-doing the Buying Systems course that was done in the past and is made up of about 24 different buying systems. By the time we are done over the summer, it will end up being closer to 3 days of information as opposed to two. They are covering first day buying out of the MLS, how it has changed, and technology. Last week they ended on Quadrant 2, which is in a down cycle and started in 2007, 2008 in earnest.
