Aaron Norris is joined this week by Nick Bailey. He is president and CEO of Century 21, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Realogy Holdings Corp. He held C-level executives at Fortune 100 companies to develop and execute on transformational business process innovation initiatives across retail, banking, and manufacturing. He is a regularly featured speaker on Process and Disruptive Innovation, and he has published numerous articles on topics ranging from innovation to management of core competencies in corporations. He serves as a consultant to the World Bank on digital infrastructure in developing markets. Recently he was a new member of the digital infrastructure working group for the World Economic Forum.
