Christopher Thornberg with Beacon Economics #244

This week Bruce is joined by Christopher Thornberg, Principal for Beacon Economics.  Bruce and Christopher discuss whether or not we will see growth in the second half of the year,  the housing bubble, Greece's economy compared to ours, the suspension of basic rules of asset valuation, the major impediment to having a housing market recovery, and much more on this week's real estate radio show and podcast.  On October 14th, the Norris Group returns with its award-winning event I Survived Real Estate 2011.
