Sarah Pizzaruso from Make a Wish spoke about five-year old McClain who had his wish granted to play football with a professional team and how this affected so many others, including his family and those at the stadium. Lainie Strouse from St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital also spoke about the child Braden who they have helped as well as the the many progressions they are making in the medical field and in cancer research. In the broadcast segment, Bruce Norris discusses the value of real estate properties today compared to early 2000, underwater borrowers, our current interest rates, unsold inventory in California, what is being done to provide relief more quickly, and much more. He also discusses with Fannie Mae's economic director Mark Palim consumer sentiment towards the market, their expectations on housing prices, increased rents, and if we have passed the bottom of the housing market.
