Michael Quarles is back again this week on the radio show. This week he is being interviewed by Aaron Norris, who is subbing in for his dad Bruce Norris. Michael is a broker, investor, and builder who has done over 1,000 deals. He started investing as a teenager doing construction on the duplex. He made every mistake possible and survived to tell the story. After doing over 200 deals in 2005, many wondered how this was possible. His reply was marketing and negotiation.
