Bruce Norris is joined again this week by Michael Quarles. Michael got into the business as a teenager, built a newplex, and fell in love with it. He has been doing this ever since and has done around 1,000 deals. He has also built new homes, and he is also a broker. He did somewhere around 200 deals in 2005, and he began helping other people market and learn the business. He formed YellowLetters.com and also Buy, Sell, Fix, Flip Academy.
