David Crowe Joins Bruce Norris on the Real Estate Radio Show #415

Bruce Norris is joined again this week by Dr. David Crowe.  Dr. Crowe is Chief Economist and Senior Vice President of the National Association of Home Builders.  He is responsible for NAHB’s forecast of housing and economic trends, survey research and analysis of the homebuilding industry, and consumer preferences as well as micro economic analysis of government policies that affect housing. Bruce and David discuss legislation passed this year that was a concern to them, uncertainty in the lending business, his predictions of the economy in 2015, the construction of single-family homes in the last six years, the lack of decision-making by the millennial generation, the baby boom generation and its impact on builders, the oil boom in the United States and its impact on builders, and much, much more on this week's real estate radio show and podcast.

Beth Peerce of NAR Joins Bruce Norris on the Real Estate Radio Show #400
