This week Bruce is joined by the Chairman and CEO of Kondaur Capital Corporation, Jon R. Daurio, Esq. Bruce and Jon discuss how Jon got into the mortgage business, his various positions and roles, and how he ended up working in the distressed market.  Many very large players have entered and exited the market because it isn't an easy field.  Kondaur has to very accurately predict future selling prices when doing due diligence when valuating assets.
