Bruce Norris is joined this week by Jim Fetgatter. He is the chief executive of the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate, an organization known as AFIRE. He assumed this position in 1992. Before joining AFIRE, he spent 15 years in the real estate industry with the last five being spent in Dutch and British property companies, both in Washington, D.C. He served as an officer in the U.S. Navy and holds a B.S. from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
