Bruce Norris is joined this week by Beth Peerce. Beth has been a realtor for more than 35
years and is the broker/owner of Primetime Properties in Century City,
California. She is currently the
vice-president for the National Association of Realtors. She was elected honorary director for life in
2006 and Realtor of the Year for California in 2012. She comes from a background where her family
was in real estate as well. Bruce and Beth discuss Prop 13, the real estate business in regards to volume of sales, the affordability index, factors standing in the way of a true recovery, new home construction, Dodd-Frank, and much more on this week's real estate radio show and podcast.
