Bruce Norris is joined this week by John Burns. John is the CEO of John Burns Real Estate Consulting Firm, and he has put together quite a talented team of trusted advisors. They do service for banks, lenders, builders, developers, investors, and product manufacturers. It is a very well-respected business, and Bruce has been amazed at the transformation over the last five years. As the downturn has occurred, his business has grown and expanded. John said they have diversified, and if he had continued hanging out with homebuilders he might not have done quite as well.
